Frequently asked questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Your access simply stops, and you're never charged: we didn't ask for a credit card. Your content stays in your account, and it's all there if you subscribe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment: you cancel from your settings and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. The yearly plan is a 12-month commitment, in exchange for the 10% discount.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your settings. Moving up applies right away (you only pay the prorated difference); moving down applies at the end of the current period.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT.
What happens if I reach a limit?
You can follow your usage in the app. Beyond it, you can wait for the next month or buy a pack of 10 credits for €15. Only emails to your clients have a fixed cap, with no credits.
